Fresh Laundry Rentals provides washer and dryer rentals for homes and apartments in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We handle delivery, installation, and maintenance so you can enjoy clean clothes without the upfront cost of buying.

How it works

  1. Apply – Complete our short rental form.

  2. e-Sign – Review and sign your lease via DocuSign.

  3. Pay – Secure monthly billing through Stripe.

  4. Install – We deliver and install at your address.

We serve Dallas, Rowlett, Heath, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, Rockwall and nearby communities. If you’re close by and don’t see your city, reach out — we’ll try to accommodate.

Pricing & terms (summary)

  • Monthly rate: $85

  • Minimum term: 6 months (12-month option available)

  • Billing date: Monthly on the 9th (or your start date)

  • Includes: Delivery, installation, and maintenance for normal wear & tear

  • Power/Hookups: Electric 3- or 4-prong outlet, water supply lines, and vent required

Payments & billing

All rentals are billed monthly via Stripe. Your first invoice is due upon receipt. Subsequent payments are billed automatically each month on your billing date. A $10 late fee may apply after 5 days past due. If payment remains unpaid after 14 days, the account may be placed in default in accordance with the lease.

Refund & dispute policy

Rental payments cover access to equipment for the billing period and are non-refundable once the period begins. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at hello@freshlaundryrental.com within 7 days and we’ll review promptly.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel after the minimum lease term by giving 30 days’ notice. Early termination before the end of the minimum term may incur an early termination fee as specified in your lease. Pickup will be scheduled by appointment.

Returns / pickup

At the end of your lease or upon cancellation, we schedule pickup. Equipment should be accessible and in good working order (normal wear and tear excepted). Missing hoses, cords, or venting may be billed at replacement cost.
