My name is Dylan Yopp, founder of Fresh Laundry Rental LLC. After relocating to the DFW area, I quickly noticed a common challenge many residences face: finding quality housing that includes in-unit washer and dryer connections. During my own apartment and home search, it became clear there was a real opportunity to serve the community by providing a reliable, hassle-free laundry solution. That insight sparked the creation of Fresh Laundry Rental LLC.

Fresh Laundry was built with a simple goal in mind — to make laundry convenient, affordable, and stress-free for renters and property owners alike. From prompt delivery and professional installation to dependable equipment and responsive support, we take pride in offering a service you can trust.

This business wouldn’t be possible without the support of my girlfriend, Caroline, who joined me hands-on in building the operation — learning deliveries, installations, scheduling, and customer care alongside me. Together, we truly embody what it means to be a local business: accountable, responsive, and deeply committed to serving our community. Our customers get the professionalism of a larger operation with the personal attention of a neighborhood company.

In addition to operating Fresh Laundry Rental, I bring a professional background in systems engineering and business operations. That experience helps ensure our scheduling, billing, communication, and service processes run efficiently and reliably — so our customers receive consistent, dependable service without disruption.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing acoustic guitar or enjoying walks and bike rides around Dallas.
