How do I get started?

Apply to the short form rental inquiry application. Once applied, we’ll give you a call to clarify any questions and get the lease sent over. Once an e-signature via DocuSign and payment via Stripe is completed, we’ll get ready to deliver and install at your provided address.
What areas of Dallas do you service?

We serve Dallas, Rowlett, Heath, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, Rockwall and nearby communities. If you’re close by and don’t see your city, reach out — we’ll try to accommodate.
What are pricing and lease terms?

For a 12-month lease, the rental rate is $85 per month (excluding late fees), with no security deposit required. For shorter lease terms, monthly pricing is determined by the length of the lease, with a minimum rental term of six (6) months. The date of your first payment establishes the monthly due date for all future billing. Service includes delivery, installation, and maintenance for normal wear and tear. A $10 late fee may apply if payment is more than five (5) days past due. If payment remains unpaid after fourteen (14) days, the account may be considered in default in accordance with the lease agreement. For full lease terms and conditions, please refer to your DocuSign agreement.
What does my laundry room need to have?

For the power, you need to have an electric outlet that is 3- or 4-prongs. For hookups, you should have a water supply line and vent. Most residences have this setup.
What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel by giving 30 days’ notice. Early termination may incur an early termination fee as specified in your lease (two months worth of rent). Pickup will be scheduled by appointment.
What is the refund and dispute policy?

Rental payments cover access to equipment for the billing period and are non-refundable once the period begins. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at hello@freshlaundryrental.com within 7 days and we’ll review promptly.
How does termination of lease and end of the lease term pickup work?

At the end of your lease or upon cancellation, we schedule pickup. Equipment should be accessible and in good working order (normal wear and tear excepted). Missing hoses, cords, or venting may be billed at replacement cost.
